Hello, I’m Hanna Anstiss. I’ve helped hundreds of small and medium businesses achieve growth, in many cases scaling revenue into the millions. My focus has always been on true business success, combining strategy, design, and marketing to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes for both startups and established businesses. I’m both a creative and an analyst, which means I care just as much about how things look as how they perform. My passion lies in helping businesses grow, scale, and succeed in a way that is thoughtful, data-informed, and built to last.

My journey began at the University of Otago, where I studied physics, mathematics, and computational modelling, building a strong foundation in analysis, pattern recognition, and problem-solving. Alongside this analytical background, I pursued my creative side, completing a Bachelor of Design, giving me a rigorous foundation for creative thinking and execution. Early in my career, I worked in fashion with some of New Zealand’s largest labels, before moving into agency roles specialising in website development and digital marketing. Over time, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries, including eCommerce, consumer brands, professional services, real estate, experience-led brands, startups and scale-ups, and most recently, some of New Zealand’s leading tourism companies. This breadth of experience allows me to understand businesses at every stage, from early ideas to established operations looking to scale.
